Happy Birthday, Scot. Golfer, restorer, man of many talents.

It's Gerard Owmby now. I was named after my cousin in New York City where they pronounce Gerard as Juh-ROD. It's a long story. I lived ten years in California and about that long in Washington, D.C. Now I'm trying to get back to Chattanooga. I was an artist, then got into photography, and now I do video on Youtube. My greatest accomplishment was learning Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation technique and then spent six months learning to teach it.  My dear friend, Jerry. He traveled in our pack of friends just out of high school -- Garry Tucker, Steve Sharp, and Lynda Akridge from City, and from other schools Caroline and Jeanie Goble, and Dan Carrol. Everyone loved him.

We had the greatest high school in the world. It was the greatest party on Earth. But I was morbidly shy. No more. I wish I could go back and live it over again and do it right this time.
