Carolyn was my sister-in-law. We truly became "sisters" after by brother, Rodney's (also class of '65), death in 1982. Carolyn fought a valiant battle with breast cancer, raising their daughters on her own. When Carolyn died, Amy was 19 and Katy was 14. Amy now has four beautiful children. Whenever I see them, I give them extra hugs for their grandparents. Carolyn placed her trust in God for her life, and didn't sweat the "small stuff".
